The spring market’s getting ready to burst in JP and Rozzie! Buyers, get your down payments solid and gird your loins – when fresh property comes on the market and it’s what everyone’s been waiting for, pent-up demand could very well get you into a bidding war. If you want to win, stay ahead of the game!

Sellers, I’ve got one word for you: staging!  Staging your house to appeal to prospective buyers is the norm now, not the exception. Whether a property’s being lived in or not, buyers want it to look, well, NOT!  Blair Hamaty of “Setting the Space” did a quick presentation at my office last week.  His very daring but intelligent claim: whatever you pay me to stage/redecorate your place will cost less than the amount you’re  going to have to reduce your price by if you don’t hire me!  I’m looking forward to partnering with this guy – he’s a real macher and a lot of fun, plus he calls ’em as he sees ’em.
